can someone tell me how to add pics to my profile and post.

You can add pics to the post by using the "Attach" section below the text area of the message. You can also use a service like imageshack (http://imageshack.us/) or photobucket (http://photobucket.com) and link the image from there.

If you want a custom avatar, upload an image to photobucket, imageshack, or another image hosting service, then go into the "User Panel" (mini-tab right under the Gbodies.com logo), then click on "Options". In the "I have my own pic" section, click the checkbox and type in the URL of the image (usually provided by the image hosting service).
