I am attempting to put a BB Chevy in a 85' 442. I have bolted the engine to the trans and had to relocated the motor mount frame pads. Got it all bolted in and now the counter balance pulley hits the sway bar. I need about 1.75 inches of clearance for the pulley to clear but can only move the engine back 1.5 inches before it hits the firewall.  I might have to notch out the firewall to get it to fit. Not to mention shortening the drive shaft and relocating the shift linkage.  I contacted Summit Racing and they advised a swap set of headers. The ones I bought were summit# 1-HOK-2241-HKR. These are ceramic, however a non ceramic set can be purchased. I think that # might be 1-HOK-2240-HKR but not sure. Any info on the BB installation you can share with me it greatly appreciated.    e-mail me at dklivetoride@aol.com
